Updates to Service Listing Application Form

The changes do the following

  • Alter Thank you page title to be consistent
  • Fix for when user presses back button from confirm step and makes change to the checkbox selections as per Joe's comment
  • Start work on the regulator URL mapping for various services
  • Add in a check for checking with google that its a valid address
  • Remove At least one of email or phone must be provided and made public as per Joe's comment
  • Update language in form rule as per Google doc
