Change the repo slug to reflect name change

The repo was renamed from #CiviOneClick_v2 with gitlab slug https://lab.jmaconsulting.biz/jma_public/civioneclick to civicrm_operator. We should change the slug to match, ie change it to https://lab.jmaconsulting.biz/jma_public/civicrm_operator by going to Project General Settings > Advanced . As that may cause issues, this issue is about running the operator and ensuring it still works after that change.
